Building a brain outside your body.

You have watched 50 YouTube videos on "The Perfect Setup". You have installed 15 plugins. And you still haven't done the actual work.

This is the "Productivity Pron" trap. Let's simplify it. There are only two types of brains: The Architect and The Gardener.

Team Notion: The Architect

You are an Architect if: You like structure. You want to see the hierarchy. You think in databases, tables, and Kanban boards.

Notion is "Top-Down". You build the house, then you put furniture in it.

Team Obsidian: The Gardener

You are a Gardener if: Your thoughts are chaotic and connected. You hate folders. You want to discover connections you didn't know existed.

Obsidian is "Bottom-Up". You plant seeds (notes) and watch them grow into a forest. It uses bi-directional linking.

The Verdict: Which One for ADHD?

If you need to GET THINGS DONE (Projects): Use Notion.

If you have deadlines, clients, and deliverables, the rigidity of Notion saves you.

If you need to THINK and LEARN (Knowledge): Use Obsidian.

If you are a student, writer, or researcher, Obsidian mimics how your brain actually works (associative memory).

The Hybrid Approach

Don't choose. Use Notion for Project Management (Tasks) and Obsidian for Knowledge Management (Notes).
